PORT DEPOSIT, Md. (AP) Maryland medical examiners are comparing a missing North Carolina teen's dental records with one of two bodies found on the Susquehanna River. They say Phylicia Barnes is the only missing person in the area who matches the age and gender of a body that was found yesterday north of the dam.

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) A south Florida man has been charged in Maryland with raping a young girl more than 30 years ago, when he was a teenager. Montgomery County police say a woman told detectives in 2009 that Christopher Chamblin had raped her multiple times in the late 1970s, when she was about six or seven years old.
