Adam Humphries had a problem. He needed a Chinese visa to travel on vacation, but he had all the wrong forms. His confusion led to an amazing business idea. He now parks a van in front of the Chinese consulate in New York and works as a visa consultant for befuddled travelers like him.

New federal rules will compel airlines and others to include taxes, fees and other mandatory charges in their advertised fares. Consumer advocates see the rule as a positive step; but some airlines are fighting the rules in court.

There's not enough organic milk, especially in states like Florida and Georgia. Inputs — like organic grain and hay for animals — are now dramatically more expensive for farmers. That means organic dairy cows are getting less food and producing less milk.
