Jovan Belcher, a 25-year-old linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs, killed himself and his girlfriend early Saturday, according to police. The team asked for "prayers for the loved ones of those impacted," and announced they would play Sunday's scheduled game against the Carolina Panthers.
