And according to many victims, the trauma doesn't end there. Investigations are handled within the military's "chain of command," at the discretion of officers who may not want to report wrongdoing in their own ranks. A new documentary gives voice to the women--and men--fighting to change military culture and its handling of sexual assault claims.
