But whether you to dress to impress or throw on whatever is clean that day, it’s unlikely the Constitution crossed your mind as you selected your outfit. The author of a new book says even though we think we have the freedom to dress as we like, our selection of clothes is actually shaped by our country’s founding document. Guest host Steve Roberts is joined by law professor Ruthann Robson to discuss how our choices in attire intersect with the law in surprising—and shocking ways.
