WAMU 88.5, BBC and Public Radio International Present: "Obama's Washington and the World"

The BBC World Service is coming to Washington, D.C., for a town hall discussion of the issues facing President-elect Barack Obama when he is inaugurated as the 44th President of the United States on Jan. 20.
Broadcasting live before a studio audience at American University Washington College of Law, WAMU 88.5’s Kojo Nnamdi and the BBC’s Owen Bennett-Jones speak with a panel of guests – and you – about what Americans are expecting from President-elect Obama’s administration as he transitions to power.
Panel includes Richard Perle, U.S. political advisor and lobbyist; Susan Eisenhower, consultant, author and expert on international security; lobbyist Grover Norquist; Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton; and Lawrence Mishel, president of the Economic Policy Institute.
