Buried treasure? Ghostly, half-dressed commodores? Depressed specters? They're all part of the ghostly lore of Capitol Hill in Southeast D.C. Local resident and tour guide Tim Krepp takes Rebecca Sheir around the Marine Barracks area, to share spooky tales from ages past.
