Each year, thousands of people come together in the District for catered dinners, receptions and parties. And the professional caterers working these events often rub elbows with some of the world's most powerful leaders. In this month's D.C. Gigs, Occasions Caterer's Assistant General Manager Paul Varga describes some of his most memorable experiences preparing for, and overseeing, a presidential event.
