Honky Tonk Confidential

Fri., Jun. 1, 2007

We feature plenty of local musicians and bands here on Metro Connection. It was really just a matter of time before we got around to Bob Schieffer.

Yes, that Bob Schieffer. CBS News Chief Washington Correspondent and host of Face the Nation. He's a guest on the new album by DC band, Honky Tonk Confidential. "Road Kill Stew and Other News" finds him collaborating on four songs. Bob and the band join us in the studio today. Diana Quinn on guitar and vocals, Mike Woods on the electric guitar, Sam Goodall on bass, Mark Lindamood on drums, and of course, Bob Schieffer on vocals.
