Food With Tim Carman

Tim Carman is the food columnist for the Washington City Paper. He studied fundamental culinary techniques with Susan Watterson at L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg. Before that, he served as managing editor for the Houston Press, where he edited James Beard Award-winning writer, Robb Walsh. Tim has been a staff member at various newspapers, including the Kansas City Star, the Houston Post, and the Houston Press.
