Activists on the abortion issue are focused on the upcoming Roberts hearings, but in the last year many states have passed laws restricting abortion access. A panel joins Diane to talk about new state laws relating to abortion and reproductive rights.

*This program opened with a 15-minute update from Red Cross rapid-response team member Darren Irby, who spoke with Diane from Biloxi, Mississippi about aid efforts for those affected by Hurricane Katrina in the Gulf Coast area.
