Jane Smiley is famous for her award-winning novels, but she's also a horse enthusiast -- she happens to own 16 horses! Her latest book, is set in the world of thoroughbred racing. She'll talk about the ins and outs of betting and breeding, and about how she pulled together a story with both humans and horses as characters.
