Nov. 14-Dec. 30: Cinderella
Impossible? It's possible and it's happening! Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella opens at Olney Theatre Center tonight, running through Dec. 30. Directed by Bobby Smith and starring Helen Hayes Award nominee Jessica Lauren Ball as Cinderella, the musical production features puppets and colorful costumes that are sure to enchant and entertain.

Nov. 14-Dec. 16: Two exhibitions featuring paintings by Jules Olitski
The clock hasn't struck midnight yet for two local collections of Jules Olitski's work. The American modern artist gained notoriety in the 1960s and 70s for his colorful, abstract paintings. You can still view Revelation: Major Paintings by Jules Olitski at the American University Museum through December 16. And a second exhibit, Jules Olitski On An Intimate Scale, is on display through December 14 at George Washington University's Luther W. Brady Art Gallery.
