(Oct. 20) The Lennon and McCartney of Kids' Music

Trout Fishing in America has been called "the Lennon and McCartney of kids' music," and there's little question why. The duo behind "My Hair Had a Party Last Night," "When I Was a Dinosaur," and "Hello, My Chicken Thinks He's a Dog" brings an infectious blend of folk-pop peppered with reggae, blues, and jazz to the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas tomorrow. Don't be caught off guard by the height differential between 6'9" guitarist Ezra Idlet and 5'5-1/2" upright bass player Keith Grimwood.

White narrates his own reminder that we should follow our dreams to make sure the message gets across.
