It's National Hispanic Heritage Month and the AFI Silver in Silver Spring is celebrating with the Latin American Film Festival through next Wednesday. When it comes to film festivals, Latin America isn't the only game in town. The 13th Annual DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival kicks off Thursday and continues through the end of the weekend at a few of your favorite Washington cinemas.
