(July 1) Like t-shirts? Make your own!
If you don’t have any big plans this weekend, maybe you can pick up a new skill. (June 30-July 29) The Prince and the Troubadour
Somewhere in medieval Europe there was a prince and he was best friends with a troubadour who was kidnapped by a witch who wanted to eat him for dinner. Don’t worry, though-it’s a children’s play. The Prince and the Troubadour opens tomorrow at First Stage in Tysons Corner. The prince teams up with a karate-kicking princess, and together they brave bad hair days and the elements to find their friend through the end of July.

(June 30) Muppets from Space
There’s more family fun at Artisphere in Arlington tomorrow. 1999’s Muppets from Space screens at the Dome Theatre at 2:30. Gonzo is kidnapped after being contacted by his alien family through his breakfast cereal. It’s up to Kermit and the gang to save him.
