CDC: African American Teens Practicing Safer Sex

A new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that the number of black high school students engaging in risky sexual behaviors has declined dramatically in the past 20 years. That's considerably narrowed the gap between black teens and other racial groups. The study also found that condom use is higher among black teens than other groups.
