Jan. 2-27: Earth Flowing Plane 

Starting today you can view new oil paintings by local artist Edward Bear Miller at Foundry Gallery. The solo exhibit, Earth Flowing Plane, will be up through January 27 and features Miller's artistic interpretation of the local D.C. landscape and its inhabitants. There will be an opening reception this Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. 

Jan. 2-27: Professors of Print: 10th Anniversary Invitational

The Washington Printmakers Gallery presents its Professors of Print exhibition today, which showcases the work of seven local printmaking professors, including educators from the Corcoran College of Art + Design and The University of Maryland. The exhibit runs through the Jan. 27, with an opening reception this Saturday from 1-4 p.m. and a panel discussion with the artists next Saturday at 2 p.m.
