Dec. 7-8: Collision Course — a.k.a. Pillow Talk
This weekend you can enjoy several dance events, including the premiere of Collision Course - a.k.a. Pillow Talk, at The George Washington University's Dorothy Betts Marvin Theatre. The dance theater work by Maida Withers Dance Construction Company explores the fragile and often unstable nature of love in the digital age.

Dec. 8: Spice--Belly Dance Hafla & Holiday Festivities
You can indulge in the art of belly dance tomorrow from 4 to 10 p.m. at a special hafla presented by Saffron Dance. The gathering will take place at Marymount University and will feature an artisan-style souk, an acoustic Arabic ensemble and a performance featuring more than 60 dancers.

Dec. 8-9: American Gods
Fads may die, but do we immortalize fashion icons? This weekend you can go to Northeast D.C.'s Dance Place to see Human Landscape Dance and Code f.a.d. Company present American Gods, which explores how fashion designers are akin to contemporary deities.
