It's one thing to be a fan of the Harry Potter franchise. It's another thing if you're a "super-fan": joining clubs to meet other Potter aficionados and even forming your own "Wizard Rock" band. And some locals say this region -- with its relatively stable economy and highly educated population -- seems to encourage this type of super-fandom. Courtney Collins meets up with some super fans to see if the Potter passion is indeed more potent in the nation's capital.
