The list of candidates for November general elections has been finalized in Virginia. 

Topping the list of presidential and vice presidential candidates are Republicans Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, followed by Democrats Barack Obama and Joe Biden. But three others qualified, according to State Elections Administration Lead Matt Abell.
