Maryland Casinos Brought In $72 Million In June

Maryland officials say the state's four casinos brought in more than $72 million in revenue last month.

Maryland Live! Casino in Anne Arundel County led the group with more than $56 million from slot machines and table games. That's an approximately 10 percent increase from June 2013.

Hollywood Casino Perryville generated just over $7 million from slots and table games, about a 10 percent decline compared to last June.

Casino at Ocean Downs brought in more than $4.8 million from slot machines, a slight decrease from June 2013.

And Rocky Gap Casino Resort generated about $3.7 million from slot machines and table games, an increase of more than 50 percent from this time last year.
