A high school band teacher in Fairfax County has been arrested and charged with soliciting a 14-year-old boy.

Police say 53-year-old Laurence Einuis was arrested Thursday at West Springfield High School. Police say he used an electronic device to conduct an inappropriate conversation with the teenage boy.
