A high school band teacher in Fairfax County has been arrested and charged with soliciting a 14-year-old boy.

Police say 53-year-old Laurence Einuis was arrested Thursday at West Springfield High School. Police say he used an electronic device to conduct an inappropriate conversation with the teenage boy.

Police say the boy was not harmed.

Investigators say the incident occurred Monday, and the boy quickly reported it to police.
