Laurel Traffic Jam Exacerbated By Driver Misbehavior

At the intersection of Route 198 and Van Dusen Road early this morning, driver tomfoolery worsened an already severe traffic jam in Laurel, Md.

Downed power lines shut down 198, creating a logjam: As drivers exiting Interstate 95 attempted to merge into a single traffic lane, some waited patiently like adults, and others—like one particularly brash Mercedes Benz driver—did not.
