Virginia Voter Registration Deadline Nearing


The Virginia State Board of Elections is reminding voters that the registration deadline is Tuesday. The board says residents are encouraged to check their registration status and polling place on the board's website at vote.virginia.org, or by calling their local registrar's office.

Voter registration applications sent by mail must be postmarked by Tuesday.

Applications are available at the local registrars' offices, the Department of Motor Vehicles or on the Board's website.
