A train derailment over the weekend in Baltimore is disrupting MARC service this morning, and officials say the Camden Line will have significant delays.

A CSX train derailed Sunday morning near the Camden station in southwest Baltimore. There were no injuries and officials say the freight train was not carrying any hazardous materials. A CSX spokesperson tells the Baltimore Sun the cause of the derailment is under investigation.

The locomotive was traveling from North Carolina to New York. Eight cars derailed and ended up blocking the tracks.

The Penn Line is not affected.
