VIDEOS: Robot Sticks Backflip; Don't Miss The Bloopers Too

This will only take a minute and it just may make you smile.

Check the latest in a series of videos from a Japanese tinkerer who likes to make little robots do some crazy gymnastics. As CNET says, Hinamitetu (the robot in the latest clip) "may be the greatest gymnast you've never heard of."

The little machine successfully stuck the landing after a quadruple backflip.

But wait, there's more. Among the other videos is a "bloopers" compilation that's wonderful in its own way. If you've got another 3 minutes to spare from the day's more serious news, give it a view.
