Analysis: Sen. Warner Pushes School Safety Measures

Congress will consider a series of gun violence prevention bills this week. They will include the controversial assault weapons ban as well as a bill introducing universal background checks and a measure to increase school safety. All Things Considered host Pat Brogan is joined by Alex Bolton, senior staff writer for The Hill, to discuss that legislation, as well as how Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) is using the opportunity to push through campus safety legislation of his own.
