Major Delays On New York Avenue Due To Accident Investigation

There are major delays on westbound New York Avenue this morning at West Virginia and Montana avenues NE due to an accident investigation. All lanes were closed for a short time; as of 7:45 a.m., two inbound lanes of the road were clear. The accident, which involved a pedestrian, happened at Fenwick Street NE.
