Fairfax Students Arrested For Child Pornography

Play associated audio

A community in Fairfax, Virginia is dealing with allegations of child pornography where all involved, both suspects and victims, are juveniles.

Under arrest are three young men — two are 16 years old, and one is 15. Fairfax Police allege the trio invited at least six juvenile girls into a home where they drank alcohol and engaged in sex.

The activities were secretely videotaped by the male suspects, who were arrested at West Springfield High School on Jan. 11. All three suspects and some of the victims attend that school, while other victims go to Robinson Secondary and West Braddock Secondary Schools.

In an email sent to parents, Fairfax County School officials confirmed the arrests, but say the alleged activities did not occur on campus.

The young men have been charged with the possession and distribution of child pornography.
