It's a case that has baffled police for more than two years, and now, a Falls Church man is arrested in the murder of 19-year-old Vanessa Pham.

U.S. Marshals picked up 27-year-old Julio Miguel Blanco-Garcia today in Vienna, Va., and turned him over to Fairfax County Police. He was charged with murder.

Pham was found dead on Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church in June 2010. Her car was discovered in a ditch. But investigators say her injuries were not consistent with an auto crash.

Surveillance video showed Pham leaving a nail salon at the Fairfax Plaza Shopping Center just before she was murdered.

Investigators say they used forensic evidence to link Garcia to the crime.
