AT&T National Golf Tournament Returns To Bethesda

Play associated audio

After a three-year hiatus, the AT&T National golf tournament returns to Congressional Country Club in Bethesda on Thursday.

The past two years, the tournament, which pays tribute to the country's armed forces, was played outside of Philadelphia, because Congressional was preparing to host last year's U.S. Open.

Play gets underway at 7 a.m., but the most-watched pairing tomorrow tees in the afternoon. Three former AT&T National champions — tournament host Tiger Woods, Nick Watney, and K.J. Choi — start their round at 12:50.

For fans attending, there are two public parking lots.  One is at the Montgomery County fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, the other is on Rockledge Drive in Bethesda near I-270 and Democracy Boulevard. Shuttle busses will take fans from those lots to the course.
