The leader of the Underground Gangster Crips' prostitution ring pleaded guilty at federal court in Alexandria.

A fifth member of the Underground Gangster Crips is pleading guilty to strong-arming and pimping underage girls as part of an illegal sex trade business.

Prosecutors at the federal courthouse in Alexandria describe 26-year-old Justin Strom as the ringleader of the gang-led prostitution ring, a cunning criminal known on the street as Jae or J-Dirt.

He is the fifth and final Underground Gangster Crips gang member to plead guilty to sex trafficking juveniles in a case that has rocked suburban Northern Virginia. Gang members admitted to beating and intimidating young girls they met on the Internet, at Metro stops, or at the mall.

In a written statement hailing the plea agreement, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli says Justin Strom robbed the girls of their childhood, their innocence, and their trust, and he did that in the most base, vile, and despicable way possible.
