The call is out to the find the most beautiful landscaping in Alexandria. The City's Beautification Commission is currently looking for residents, organizations and businesses that have gone above and beyond when it comes to beautifying the city.

There are four categories: residential, commercial, public and service. Entries are judged on the use of texture, color, plant material, neighborhood context, marked improvements and overall appearance.

Nominations must be received by Friday, May 11.
