Published reports indicate Harford County sheriff's deputies are investigating complaints made at an adult bookstore in Abingdon, Md. on Jan. 16.

That's when customers report finding Mark Stewart Bullock, 47, nude from the waist down in the store's movie theater.

In a letter to parishioners at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Towson, Rev. Joseph Barr wrote that the Baltimore Archdiocese removed Bullock's "faculties to function as a priest" and is investigating the incident.

Bullock was charged with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum fine of $1,000 dollars and three years in prison.
