Fireworks Set For Baltimore's Inner Harbor

Last month, the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts warned a lack of donations threatened the annual fireworks display at the Inner Harbor. But several sponsors have stepped forward to help pay for the event officials say draws tens of thousands of people to the harbor each year.

City officials say this year there will be a performance from the funk and soul group The 8 Ohms Band, as well as an 18-minute fireworks show.

Authorities plan to set up fences around the harbor to help manage pedestrian traffic.
