Homeless Prince William Co. Dog Needs Help

In Virginia, the Prince William County Animal Shelter is looking for a helping hand for an injured, homeless dog.

Ten-week-old Chihuahua mix Louie is in need of an operation to repair a large hernia in his abdomen. The surgery is expected to cost upwards of $2,300.

Animal rescue staff say they're looking for donations toward the operation as well as a permanent home for Louie.
