The Department of Defense ordered 2,700 people from other facilities to relocate to the Marine Corps Base in Quantico by September of this year. Tonight's gathering is designed to give people in the area an update of the progress and preparations already made by the county and the base
The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the Stafford Administration Center on Courthouse Road. It will last until 8 p.m.
