Attempted Sexual Assault In Montgomery Village Under Investigation

The preliminary investigation reveals the female victim, 23 years old, was walking on Montgomery Village Avenue when she noticed someone following her down the sidewalk. The woman was jumped by the suspect and dragged into a wooded area. She screamed and a bicyclist, riding past the wood line, startled the suspect and the victim was able to escape.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 200 to 225 pounds, 33 to 36 years old, 5'06" to 5'08" tall, with short black hair and brown eyes.
