O'Malley Wraps Up Trade Mission

O'Malley and several other state officials finished the trip with a visit to Vietnam. While there, the governor signed a memorandum of understanding with the country's prime minister designed to strengthen and expand trade and investment between the state and the country.

Maryland opened trade offices two years ago in two Vietnamese cities – Hanoi, the country's capital, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's most populous.
