Woman Charged With Animal Cruelty

Police issued the ticket to 26-year-old Robin Pepper of Anderson, S.C. Police say they responded to a 911 call shortly after 7:30 p.m. last night and found a white poodle locked in a Honda Civic with all the windows closed. They say the temperature inside the car was over 150 degrees. The pup is okay.

Pepper couldn't be reached for comment on the animal cruelty citation.
