The weather continues to cause major issues on the roadways Wednesday night and has resulted in power outages to thousands of people in the region. It started falling around 3 p.m. and really hasn't stopped since then. Dave Buck, with Maryland's State Highway Administration, joined WAMU's "All Things Considered" host Pat Brogan to give an update of the conditions on the roads and what they're doing to clear them.
