On the heels of a much-anticipated speech that had a lot to do with revving up the engine of our economy, today, the House Financial Services Committee convenes to talk nuts and bolts. Congressman Jim Himes, a Democrat from Connecticut, expects this committee will - under new leadership - have its own take on the sweeping regulatory reform package that passed under the previous Congress.
