In Virginia, Republican George Allen is launching a campaign to regain the U.S. Senate seat he lost in 2006. The former governor and former senator announced his candidacy Monday in a video emailed to supporters. WAMU's Matt McCleskey is joined by Steve Farnsworth, an assistant profess and political communications expert at George Mason University, to discuss the announcement.
