WASHINGTON (AP) Icy weather is delaying and canceling dozens of flights at airports in the Baltimore-Washington region. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Airports is warning travelers to check with airlines before heading to the airport today.

WASHINGTON (AP) Former Vice President Dick Cheney says he believes he'll have to make a decision on whether to have a heart transplant given his medical history. Cheney tells NBC in an interview that he's getting by now on a battery-powered heart pump, which makes it "awkward to walk around."
