RICHMOND, Va. (AP) A man who stripped to his underwear last month at a Richmond International Airport checkpoint to protest security procedures won't face a criminal charge. Media outlets report that a disorderly conduct charge against 21-year-old Aaron Tobey of Charlottesville was dropped today following a hearing in Henrico General District Court.

LOUISA, Va. (AP) Dominion Virginia Power has reduced power in a reactor at its North Anna plant so crews can repair leaks in a water-condensing unit. Dominion spokesman Richard Zuercher told The Richmond Times-Dispatch that the utility expects to return the Unit 2 reactor to full power soon.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) A federal prosecutor says the so-called Granddad Bandit likely will plead guilty to robbing more than two dozen banks in 13 states. At a status hearing today, a trial for 53-year-old Michael Francis Mara was pushed back until March 21.
