Members of a commission in Montgomery County. Md., looking into power outages at PEPCO heard fiery testimony from county residents.
If testimony at the hearing in Rockville Wednesday night is any indication, the anger many Montgomery County residents have for PEPCO following lengthy power outages last summer has yet to subside.
The commission was created by county executive Isiah Leggett, who says he's optimistic that Pepco is serious about making changes to ensure better service.
The final report from the commission is expected in April, and its findings will be shared with Pepco.
