Marine's Remains Return To Dover

The remains of a U.S. Marine from western Maryland are coming home from the war in Afghanistan.

The Air Force Mortuary Affairs Office in Dover, Del., says the remains of Lance Cpl. Maung Htaik were scheduled for return to Dover Air Force Base Monday afternoon.

The Air Force lists his hometown as Hagerstown. Htaika is a 2008 graduate of Smithsburg High School, in Smithsburg, Md.

The Defense Department has yet to announced the date or circumstances of his death.
