BALTIMORE (AP) Firefighters tomorrow will go through a Baltimore neighborhood where six family members died in a blaze and install smoke alarms and do basic fire safety inspection. On Tuesday, six people died in a house fire in the 2300 block of Homewood Avenue.

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) Baltimore Ravens tight end Todd Heap and safety Tom Zbikowski have been ruled out of Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints because of injuries. Heap has a pulled right hamstring and Zbikowski has a back injury.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) Signal problems are hampering Amtrak trains traveling between Philadelphia and Baltimore. Amtrak says travelers should expect minor delays for today's morning commute.

BALTIMORE (AP) A national foreclosure tracking company says November foreclosure filings were down more than the national average in the District of Columbia and Maryland. And Irvine, Calif.-based Realtytrac says foreclosures were down 14 percent nationwide compared with November 2009.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) A Maryland health care reform panel is scheduled to weigh suggestions from the public and staffers about how to implement the new federal health care reform law in the state. The Health Care Reform Coordinating Council holds it final meeting of the year today.
