Washington's Friends of Mongolia presents an evening of Mongolian dance, poetry, throat singing, and horse head fiddle. No horses were harmed in the making of Mongolian Culture Night.

(Dec. 15-Feb. 13) COMIC INVASION Arlington's Artisphere gets serious about the funnies in Party Crashers: Comic Book Culture Invades The Art World at Terrace Gallery on Wilson Boulevard until mid-February. The exhibit explores the acceptance of the comic as an art form, and the influence of the comic aesthetic on contemporary art.
